3. Key Provisions

Account Registration

  • You are responsible for account security and credentials.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before renewal.
  • Refunds and billing are handled through Apple.
  • Monthly credits reset; purchased credits do not expire.

Content Ownership: You retain ownership of your uploaded and processed media.

4. Liability and Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Image Wizard Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
